My latest post is From Slow Food to American Food 2.0 –The Movement Goes Full Circle, about how Slow Food was born in Italy, landed in the U.S. and transformed our food culture, and now sustainable food movements from the U.S. are presenting ideas and innovations at the upcoming Expo ’15 in Milan, where food and the challenges of feeding a growing population while protecting our planet are the central themes.
