Language Teaching

A friend recently asked me why I wasn’t teaching languages anymore.

The sad truth is that I simply have been so busy building my translation and interpretation business, that I haven’t put much thought in other language-related work.

But the good thing is that I really love teaching languages, in the classroom or as a tutor. And now as I tutor, I have technology on my side. There is no more need to drive to a student’s house or have them come over to me. I can now use Skype and receive instant payment via PayPal. No travel time also means I can offer super-short lessons. 10-15 minutes of conversation daily is so much easier to fit in your schedule than one hour once or twice a week, and the daily frequency helps the language stay fresh in your mind.
